Our Story

Pengrad Education & Capacity Development Company Ltd was born from a deep concern:
the widening gap between education and real-world opportunity.

During the founder’s National Youth Service period, she listened to countless fears shared by fellow corps members—fear of unemployment, fear of delayed opportunities, and frustration with institutions demanding “experience” before offering a chance to gain it.

Pengrad was created to bridge that gap through skills, capacity development, and opportunity creation.

But at the heart of everything has always been community.

The belief that great people, growing together, learning together, and sharpening one another, can achieve far more than they ever imagined—lifting others, uncovering hidden potential, and shaping futures beyond limitations.

Pengrad Wave was formed to protect and expand that heart.
